JobFlo Smart Inbox enables you to implement your customized recruiting workflow. New functionality supporting custom labels and filtering will enable you to mimic your current recruiting process within JobFlo.



1. When you first arrive at Smart Inbox 2.0 you will see an interface with only 4 controls:

  • Select/Deselect All check-box on the left
  • Sort by selector
  • Filter by Label button
  • Manage Labels link


2. Once you select a single or multiple candidates by the check-box on the left you see additional controls:

  • Add Labels
  • Send Email
  • Archive Applicants
  • Download CSV File


3. Two "system" labels come pre-installed: Qualified and Unqualified.

  • To add more click custom labels the Manage Labels link, then the green Create new Label button.
  • You can add as many labels as you want with this interface.


4. To add labels to individual or groups of applicants, select the candidates by clicking the box to the left of the candidate name.

  • You can select vertically contiguous groups of applicants by using "Shift-Click".
  • Select the Add Labels button, then select any labels you want to apply to the selected candidates and hit the green Apply button.


5. Once you have labeled candidates you can then Filter by Label to see only those candidates for that label.


6. You can archive applicants to move them out of the Smart Inbox and make the remaining applicants easier to manage.

  • Archived applicants can be found and re-activated to the Smart Inbox by using the Search all resumes... field at the top.
