JobFlo has a quick and easy Search function to help you locate candidates in your existing applicant base. Once you search by keyword, you can then filter by Project, Label or Location (ZIP code) to focus your results.

You can then copy an applicant into a different active project for which s/he is qualified.

1. Enter a search term in the Search all resumes... field at the top and hit Enter or the click the magnifying glass

2. Now you see filters to help narrow your search results.

  • Projects: All or a specific single project. If you select a single project you will see only results from that project.
  • Labels: All or a specific single label. If you have set up labels that correspond to steps in your recruiting process, it's easy to find candidates who were not hired, but made it deep into the process, for example, "2nd Interview". If you select a single label, you will see only results with that label.
  • Zip Code: You need to select a distance for this filter to take effect. If you do not select a distance, all results will be shown. If you type a ZIP and select a distance, you will see only results from within that ZIP/distance radius.
  • To remove a filter, select "All..." or "Any..." from the filter drop-down list.

3. Click the applicant name to be taken to the Applicant Details page to read the resume and see Labels, Notes and History.
