JobFlo uses Google Docs Viewer to display resumes. This shields our users from potential viruses in resumes. But... sometimes a user can be partially logged in or out of Google in the same browser and that can cause trouble with the Google Docs Viewer. To clear this up:
- Sign out of JobFlo. Do not simply close the tab or window, this will not sign you out.
- Sign out of Google. This includes any Google product like Gmail, Google Calendar, etc. Do not simply close the tab or window, this will not sign you out.
- Log back in to JobFlo.
- Log back in to your Google account.
