JobFlo uses Google Docs Viewer to display resumes. This shields our users from potential viruses in resumes. But... sometimes a user can be partially logged in or out of Google in the same browser and that can cause trouble with the Google Docs Viewer. To clear this up:

  1. Sign out of JobFlo. Do not simply close the tab or window, this will not sign you out.
  2. Sign out of Google. This includes any Google product like Gmail, Google Calendar, etc. Do not simply close the tab or window, this will not sign you out.
  3. Log back in to JobFlo.
  4. Log back in to your Google account.
