Note: The Multi-User feature is only available to JobFlo Business Edition clients.


Full time recruiting staff (Admins and Recruiters) may want to share certain details about applicants (like compensation) and not have that information visible to Team Members and Team Leads. The Private Notes feature enables Admins and Recruiters to share information between themselves and not have that information visible to Team Members and Team Leads.


1. Click the applicant's name in the Smart Inbox.


2. On the details page for that applicant click the Private Notes tab.


3. Type the note you want to add, then click the green Update Note button bottom right.


4. Additional notes can be added in the same way. Be aware that Private Notes is saved as a single note and so edits/changes will not be tracked for ownership. If you want to know who typed a specific note you might want to institute the practice of typing initials at the beginning or end of each new addition to the Private Notes.
