Note: The Multi-User feature is only available to JobFlo Business Edition clients.

One of the best features of JobFlo is the ability to involve regular team members (not just dedicated recruiting staff) in the recruiting process. For example, you can have members of the engineering staff help identify the best candidates for a highly technical job by participating in the recruiting process.

But this can have a downside: curious team members can read details about current team members previously recruited using JobFlo. JobFlo already has a way for the full-time recruiting staff to share Private Notes among themselves. Now there is a way to "hide" the recruiting details of specific applicants from Team Members and Team Leads within JobFlo.

1. Click the applicant's name in the Smart Inbox.

2. On the details page for that applicant click the Hide Applicant to Team Members button.

  • Team Leads and Team Members will not be able to see that applicant in the Smart Inbox or find that applicant by Search.
  • However, Admins and Recruiters will still be able to see that applicant in the Smart Inbox.

3. To make the applicant visible to all again, click the View Applicant to Team Members button.

  • All account users will again be able to see that applicant in the Smart Inbox or find that applicant by Search.
