If your company or organization uses Google Apps you can integrate JobFlo with your organization's Google Apps. Integrating Google Apps with JobFlo offers several benefits:


Gmail

- Gmail handles sending emails so Sent emails are copied into your Gmail Sent folder. JobFlo still keeps a copy in Notes and History.

- Because your email is coming from your own Gmail account deliverability is improved.

- The above applies to Smart Emails you send. The initial autoresponse email (and select others) will still come from the JobFlo email server.


Google Drive

- Resumes copied to your JobFlo Resumes folder in Drive can be shared per your organization's established Google Drive workflow and permissions.


To enable Google Apps:

- Click on Your Account upper right, then click on Manage Google Apps Integration under Google Apps Integration.

- On the Integrate with Google Apps page click Link your Google Account.

- If you are not already logged in to Google Apps (or Gmail) in that browser you may be asked to log-in to the Google account you want to associate with JobFlo. If you have more than one Google account make sure you log-in to the account you want to associate with JobFlo before proceeding. We recommend you use the same email in your JobFlo account as the linked Gmail account. You can change your JobFlo account email by clicking Your Account top right, then Change Email address on the next screen.

- If you are already logged in to Google Apps (or once you are logged in) you will be asked to confirm the integration by clicking the blue Allow button.


At this point your JobFlo account is integrated with Google Apps - Gmail and Drive.
- JobFlo Smart Emails will be sent from your associated Gmail account.
- You can copy resumes to the JobFlo Resumes folder in Drive by clicking the Copy Resume to Google Drive button.
