In the Adobe Flash dialog box I clicked the Allow and Remember boxes, then the Close button, but it didn't seem to work. I get a Retry button, which repeats every time.

Chrome and Opera (based on Chrome) browsers have a secondary dialog box that displays at the top of the window like these 2 examples shown below. You need to click that Allow button to set Adobe Flash permissions.
