JobFlo enables you to conduct video interviews of your applicants. A video interview can replace the phone screen in your recruiting process while:

  • saving you the time and effort of scheduling the phone screen.
  • allowing the applicant to take the video interview at any time.
  • allowing you to view the video answers at any time.

JobFlo pre-loads 40 professionally recorded questions and 6 pre-selected playlists (using various combinations of the 40 questions). You can also:

  • record your own questions.
  • create your own playlists using any combination of the JobFlo pre-recorded questions and your own recorded questions.
