You can copy applicant information and resumes from one project to another. You might do this if you notice the skills and experience of an applicant would better match a different active project. The applicant and all related labels, comments and history will remain with the original project and a new copy without labels, comments or history will be created in the new project.

The best way to find applicants with matching keywords in their resumes is to use the Search feature.

1. From the Applicant Details page of the applicant you want to copy, click the Copy Applicant to Another Project button near the top.

2. The Copy <applicant name> to Another Project frame will appear.

  • In the Copy to: Choose Project selector, click the project you want to copy this applicant to.
  • Click the green Copy Applicant button.
  • Click the Dashboard tab on the ribbon near the top, then the Job Title link to be taken to that Smart Inbox and see the newly copied applicant.
