Note: The Multi-User feature is only available to JobFlo Business Edition clients.


Your JobFlo Business Edition Account enables you to control which and in which order jobs display in your JobFlo Widget.


1. Click Your Account in the upper right corner, then Job Hosting Widget in the Enterprise Account Settings section.


2. Scroll down a bit to see Sort By: and 3 options:

  • Descending project creation date (newest on top)
  • Ascending project creation date (oldest on top)
  • Manual order. Clicking this button brings up the manual ordering interface.


3. To arrange jobs in the exact display order you prefer, click the Manual order button. This will bring up the manual ordering interface.

  • If this is your first time using the feature, all of your Active jobs will be displayed in the right pane.
  • You can move single jobs from the right pane to the left pane by dragging and dropping.
  • Click Add all at top right of the right pane to move all jobs into the left pane. This will make sure all current active jobs display in the Hosting Widget.
  • Click Remove all at the top of the left pane to move all jobs into the right pane.
  • Only jobs in the left pane will be displayed in the JobFlo Hosting Widget. Jobs remaining in the right pane will not be displayed. Note: Jobs in the right pane will still be Active in your Dashboard and will still be fed to job boards by JobFlo.
  • You can move jobs up or down in the display order by dragging and dropping.


4. Click the Update Settings button to save changes.


5. You can check how your jobs will display by clicking the Hosting Widget link on the ribbon at the top then clicking Show Preview in the Display All Your Open Positions On Your Website pane.

4. Click the Update Settings button to save changes.
