JobFlo has Analytics features that can help you easily see statistics about your recruiting activities and judge the effectiveness of your advertising channels:

  1. Number of views of each job listing and number of applicants to that job by source (where the job was advertised).
  2. An overall breakdown of labels that were applied to applicants. For example, you can see how many applicants were labeled Qualified/Unqualified or Hired.
  3. A summary overview of account statistics.
  4. A spreadsheet showing account activity. This is available in Excel, Acrobat and HTML formats.
  5. A comma-separated file showing a breakdown by individual applicant of Qualified/Unqualified, labels, source and more.


1. See number of views and applicants per source by clicking on the Analytics tab from anywhere within JobFlo

  • By default you will be in the Applicant Sources sub-tab and will see the activity of all projects for the past week.
  • You can change the date ranges by clicking into one of the dates upper right.
  • You can view individual projects by clicking the drop-down arrow in Filter Results by:.


2. See a breakdown of labels you have applied to applicants by clicking the Applicant Labels sub-tab under the main Analytics tab.

  • By default you will the activity of all projects.
  • You can view individual projects by clicking the drop-down arrow in Filter Results by:.


3. See a quick overview of account totals by clicking the Account Overview sub-tab under the main Analytics tab.

  • There are 2 panes: a Lifetime Summary and a Current Summary (active projects only).


4. Download a spreadsheet of account activity. This has a Summary sheet as well as sheets for each individual project.

  • Click the Download Excel Spreadsheet... button upper right next to the date ranges.Browsers handle this download differently, so you need to work with screen prompts.


5. Download a comma separated file showing status, labels, star ratings, sources and more... for individual applicants.

  • Click the Dashboard tab, then the link to the specific job under Job Title.
  • Select all applicants by clicking the Select/Deselect all checkbox at the top left under Your Candidates. Or select individual applicants by clicking the checkbox on the left.
  • Click the Download CSV File button (displays down arrow) and either save or open the file. Browsers handle this download differently, so you need to work with screen prompts.
