JobFlo enables you to conduct video interviews of your applicants. A video interview can replace the phone screen in your recruiting process while:

  • saving you the time and effort of scheduling the phone screen.
  • allowing the applicant to take the video interview at any time.
  • allowing you to view the video answers at any time.

There are two locations from which you can replay video answers.


1. Navigate to the Smart Inbox of the project that candidate applied to.

  • From the Dashboard click on the project link under the Job Title column with the applicant.
  • In the Smart Inbox click the video icon next to the applicant name.


      OR


2. Navigate to the Applicant Details page of the candidate.

  • From the Dashboard click on the project link under the Job Title column with the applicant.
  • In the Smart Inbox click the applicant name.
  • Click the Video Interview tab.


3. Watch video answers

  • Click the Play button in the video screen. The player will automatically cycle through the applicant answers.
  • You can also randomly listen (or re-listen) to specific answers by clicking the column on the right.
  • The complete text of questions is displayed under the video window.
